ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

Our engineering department consists of specialized technicians capable of designing your hydraulic manifold block based on your hydraulic diagram.

Thanks to specific CAD software, our technicians take into accounts your specifications and optimize the manifolds' perfomances.

TECHNICAL FACILITIES

NumerHyd has a workshop including an area for machining centers, a storage area for standards products and offices. We have a range of raw materials on stock which enable us to be reactive towards our customers.To manufacture your manifolds, NumerHyd has approximately 2 000 tools references especially most of the forming tools allowing the machining of cartridge cavities generally used in hydraulic technologies.

We only machine your manifolds on CNC machining centers ensuring quality and accuracy.We are able to produce hydraulic manifolds weighing up to 3 tonnes and measuring up to 1 300 mm.

Each manifold block is tightly controlled before delivery.
